- Built a new tokenised design system to meet compliance with WCAG AA standards. - Redesigned many pages including their high traffic web pages reducing bounce rates by 50% YoY and increasing time on page by 79%. - Contributed to a 10% uplift in overall engagement YoY on the whole website. - I translated user research and business strategy into scalable, intuitive experiences that balanced dense information with seamless interaction.
